My Weight Loss Story
Yes, I do use self hypnosis for weight loss and yet my journey to stay at my ideal weight continues. My life was getting crazy busy and I started to gain a few pounds . . . much to my dismay.
It's happened before and yet I still failed to recognize it as it began happening to me. I had a big meal out at a restaurant a few times a week and before I knew it, a couple of pounds crept up on me.
Instead of nipping it in the bud. I started to say to myself "That's ok, two pounds don't matter" Then another pound went on and then another.
Suddenly, I had difficulty zippering my pants. I was afraid to get on the scale. When I finally DID get on the scale, I was shocked to discover that I had gained EIGHT pounds!
Why Am I Sharing This?Why would I share this with you when I am the one who has co-created a self hypnosis for weight loss product? After all, I am the expert on self hypnosis. I should be perfect. Well, not so! I am the first to admit that I am not perfect.
I am on this journey of life just like everyone else. Like others, I sometimes need a reminder to get back on track. That's why I'm sharing!
