What is self talk? It's actually a form of self hypnosis. We all talk to ourselves each and every day. Whether or not we are aware of it, it happens. This girl intuitively understands what it means to have positive self-talk. Imagine all the things she will be able to do in her life with this attitude.
And it's so cute that I had to share this with you!
The trouble is that we tune out our self talk because we are so distracted by all the things going on around us. As an assignment, I tell my coaching clients to write down everything they say to themselves. It can really be surprising to realize our self talk once we get back in touch with it.
What if we consciously changed our self talk so that it would lead us to the results we want to see in our lives?
That's what self hypnosis is all about.
