I have just purchased (Weight Loss Help For Men) the $27 deal and have several questions.
1. I could not find the green MP3 icon that you mention. Please help.
Ooops! You have pointed out an error. We used to have a 'green MP3 icon' and now it is an underlined link. So, for the moment, if you substitute 'underlined link' it will make more sense. By your next questions, I can tell that you were able to download without problems.
2. There seems to be a contradiction between two statements that you make. Namely, "If you stop eating only when you feel full you have already eaten too much", and "Stop eating when you feel full" What have I missed?
Admittedly, there is a fine line here. Ideally you will stop eating the moment you feel satisfied. If you begin to feel full, then that is certainly a signal to stop eating. It is true that if you already feel full, you have eaten too much and it serves as a reminder so that next time you will notice sooner.
3. If the answer to my above question is: "Stop eating when you are satisfied but before you are full" how do I tell the difference?
The more you begin to pay attention to the sensations in your body the more you will begin to notice the difference. So often, we are eating while doing something else and do not even pay attention to the flavors and aromas of our food. We are watching t.v., listening to the radio, talking to other people...even driving!
When you begin to pay attention and enjoy each bite you will notice when your stomach is satisfied and not full. You will get the feeling that 'this is just enough' and that one more bite will be too much. It may take some practice at first.
Soon this will become a natural part of your thought process.
Thanks for asking your question. I hope this helps.
