No Weight Loss Motivation
by Briana
I had no weight loss motivation at all! When I started, I weighed 225 lbs. Over the weekends, I sat around eating junk food and waiting for my life to start.
I was reading a magazine and decided to check my BMI. I couldn't believe that I was considered obese. It scared the cr*p out of me. How could it be true?
At that moment I became determined to begin a new lifestyle. It was a real 'light bulb' moment for me.
It was really hard but I completely cut out fast food. I started to replace sweets with the natural sweetness of fruit. I exercised every single day of the week without fail - even if it was just a quick walk around the block.
I completely changed my thinking and truly dedicated myself to changing my lifestyle.
The changes brought me immediate results which spurred me on. Over time I lost 80 lbs. and now I am 145 lbs.
At times it seemed really fast, then I would hit a wall and the weight loss would slow down. I kept at it though.
I am more healthy now than I've ever been in my life and happy too.
Sherri here: Thanks, Briana, for sharing your story with us. It sounds like the difference in your weight loss motivation was the moment when you made up your mind for it to happen and acted upon it.
That is really the essence of self hypnosis. It is when you accept a suggestion as true and make it a part of your life. Congratulations for doing it on your own. Some are able to just make the decision 'cold turkey' and others find that they like to listen to a program.
That's why we created our hypnosis mp3 program for weight loss. You can read more here:
