You cannot change mistakes that you have made in the past, but you can learn from them. You can figure out what you might have done better so that you can make changes in the future. Don't allow feelings of doubt to creep in. Replace those uncertain thoughts with positive ones. Here's how: At the end of each day, in a small journal, write down three things that went well for you. Then write down three things that could have been a little better. Notice that I didn't say mistakes. These are just things that you can learn from or practice. This is much different than calling it a mistake or failure. You are beginning to focus on the positive side of things and recognizing that you had many successes during the day. Looking at it this way gives you more control of the situation and will improve self confidence. Self hypnosis gives you a helping hand. It shows you how to be confident by replacing these negative, critical thoughts into positive ones that give you a boost. It's effective and easy to do. Plus it is proven to be long lasting.
