Happiness is just a thought away.
If you've ever been stuck feeling miserable or hopeless,
happiness may seem impossible. Everyone is seeking happiness
and there is only one way to find it.
By looking within and controlling your thoughts.
Happiness (along with every other emotion you’ve ever felt)
is already within you.
It isn’t what you have or what you do that makes you happy. It’s
how you think about it.
You don’t need to earn any more, achieve anything, be in a
certain relationship or have anything else in order to be happy.
Your happiness doesn’t depend on it. You already have the happiness
within and you can choose to access it right now with self hypnosis.
Here’s how.
Start by paying more attention to the thoughts that lift you up
instead of the ones that drag you down. Recognize when a thought
triggers a stressful or anxious feeling and then send it to your
‘mental spam folder’ so that it doesn’t creep into your way of thinking.
At the same time, focus on positive thoughts that make you feel good
and allow it to flood your daily experiences with joyfulness.
You can use autosuggestion to create even more positive thoughts
and use self hypnosis to make it stick.
