Using Self Hypnosis

The best way to discover past lives is with hypnosis.

There are other ways of course, including having a psychic reading, but my experience is that hypnosis is the best way. Obviously I’m a bit partial to hypnosis because I am a certified hypnotist.

While I was in Sedona, Arizona I decided to have a reading. Sedona is a powerfully energetic place and it seemed like the right place for this experience. The area attracts healers of many modalities. After a few minutes, the psychic looked into to the distance and told me that in a past life, I had been a school boy in a Roman Catholic Church and that explained why I was often unbending in my decisions today. I found it all very interesting however something was missing.

The missing piece is what you’ll find in hypnosis.

In hypnosis, you fully experience your past life episode with all of your senses. It is like you are actually there reliving the event. Since it’s so vivid and real you’ll see what is happening very clearly. You’ll see the colors, feel the textures and hear the sounds just like you are actually there. This allows you to easier learn whatever lesson you are meant to find there. With a psychic reading, it is like hearing an interesting story. It is harder to take the lesson to heart this way.

Past life regression with hypnosis is a purposeful way to explore your past life memories. You can relive these events to bring about change and healing in your present life. You’ll gain information about your character, your personality and your life purpose.

For example, a client, James, wanted to increase his self esteem. During a past life hypnosis session he discovered that he had been a high priest. While visiting a gold mine, there was a cave- in and he was able to lead all the workers to safety. His self esteem was boosted with the knowledge that he has this innate ability.

You can discover past lives by yourself if you chose to use self hypnosis, though I really think it is more beneficial to use a recording, attend a workshop or have a personal hypnosis session with an experienced hypnotist who will guide you through the process.
