more meaningful outcomes. She is the South Florida Regional Director and a Licensed Trainer at Bennett/Stellar University.

Sherri Frost is an expert in helping people to move through challenges, fears and things that have stopped them in the past. It’s been said that her real magic is in how people open up to her right away and discuss things that they normally don’t share during a first time meeting. People intuitively sense her warmth and creativity as well as her genuine desire to see them succeed.

Sherri believes that when we merge our spiritual life with our personal and professional lives we not only empower ourselves, we add a new layer of meaning. She embodies this principle in her own daily life.

Sherri is certified as an NLP Master Practitioner, Hypnotist, Time Line Therapist, Reiki Master Practitioner and Neuro-Linguistic Coach®. Her background also includes a degree in Finance and Business Administration.

Sherri has been married to DJ since 1986. They live in South Florida with their two teenagers. They are members of The Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming™ and Conscious Living Partnership™
