It’s ok. You can admit it. We all do it. It really doesn’t matter if you are talking out loud or to yourself. I talk out loud to myself all the time. Sometimes I’m the only one there or the only one that will listen. I am very much aware when I am talking out loud to myself. I am usually less aware of my inner self talk. Your inner self talk reflects the beliefs of your subconscious mind.This is why you can use self hypnosis so effectively to overcome fears and habits. You can successfully create new behaviors and beliefs that are more useful for you.Do you ever say “I can’t do that” or “that can’t be done”? Your subconscious mind will let you know what it believes you can or can’t do. It lets you know what you should expect and it often dampens your expectations. This self talk is a form of hypnotism. It’s becomes a part of who we are and creates who we are. Make your self talk what you want it to be. Create and use autosuggestion along with intentional self talk to give your subconscious mind new, more useful beliefs to replace the old outdated ones. You’ll need some useful hypnosis instruction.
